Cardiac rehabilitation offers individualized exercise programs and education following a heart attack, cardiac surgery and other heart problems. The program provides monitored, customized exercise programs to help you regain your strength, education to help you recognize heart symptoms, nutritional counseling and lifestyle changes known to reduce the risk of future heart problems.

The Cardiac Rehabilitation Program is an active participant in the American Association of Cardiovascular and Pulmonary Rehabilitation (AACVPR) and national registry, enhancing tracking of patient outcomes. Our program is certified by AACVPR, meeting strict standards of practice.

The following services are provided for adult inpatients (Phase I) and adult outpatients (Phase II):
