Monday, October 9, 2023 | Welcome Happy Hour
Depending on Monday night football schedule, which will be published in May, 2023.
Tuesday, October 10, 2023 | On the Field Experience | Happy Hour | Networking Event
We have planned a networking event on Tuesday, October 10, 2023 called "On the Field Experience". This event will be at U.S. Bank Stadium where we will have the unique opportunity to share the same field as the stars. Kick or throw a football at the home of the Minnesota Vikings. If interested in the networking event, please select in your registration.

We will offer tours of the Hennepin Healthcare Burn Center, Hyperbaric Chamber, and Firefighters For Healing at different times.
Post-conference we will offer tours of the U.S. Bank Stadium before we have fun at the "On the Field Experience".

Tours
Burn Center / Firefighters For Healing Transitional Healing Center Tours (one hour)
On your tour, we will see Hennepin Healthcare's Burn Center, Hyperbaric Chamber and then walk the block to tour the Firefighters For Healing Transitional Healing Center. When a burn/trauma event brings a family into Hennepin Healthcare’s Burn Center from out of town/state … our team quickly identifies who may need emergency housing and extra resources. Firefighters For Healing is a local nonprofit that provides qualifying families FREE one-bedroom suites that are located one block from our hospital. In addition, they provide free parking, in-suite laundry, community connections, and additional support during/after their hospital stay.
Tour schedules will be determined based on conference attendee interest. If interested in a tour, please select it in your registration. The exact time and location of where to meet are yet to be determined. Current tour time options are:
- Monday, October 9, 2023 | 4 pm - 7 pm | pre-conference.
- Wednesday, October 11, 2023 | 2 pm - 5 pm | post-conference.

U.S. Bank Stadium has offered personalized 45-minute guided tours for our conference attendees. Learn about the construction, focus on sustainability, art and décor, layout, and game day preparedness so every fan has an experience. Feel like a VIP as you tour spaces and places few people can access.
