New Employee Information

Welcome! We are pleased that you’ve chosen to join our team and look forward to working with you to serve the patients who trust us with their care. Here are a few things you should know before your first day.

  • Employee Orientation Agenda. We want you to feel comfortable with your new surroundings, so we have prepared a new employee orientation to help you navigate your first days. Here is the orientation schedule.
  • What to complete before the first day. There are a few things we need to have before your first day.
  • Parking and Metro Transit. Ample parking is available close to our downtown campus in ramps, surface lots and on surrounding streets. Many of these parking locations offer monthly contracts. You may pay for work transportation expenses on a pre-tax basis through payroll deductions. Due to the high volume of interest, there may be a wait for a parking contract with the HCMC parking ramp or adjacent surface parking lot. If so, you should plan to pay the normal daily rates in the ramp ($8.00 for an 8-hour day) or use one of the available off-site parking options until a contract is available. We also currently subsidize approximately 40 percent of the cost of “Go To” cards and Metro passes if you choose to use metro-area buses or light rail to commute to work.
