East Lake Clinic
Hennepin Healthcare’s East Lake Clinic is located in the Hennepin County Human Service Center, on level 5 at 2215 East Lake Street, close to the intersection of East Lake Street and Hiawatha Avenue. The beautiful interior artwork reflects the diverse community of the area it serves.
Beginning Mon, April 15- October, Hiawatha Avenue and Lake Street ramp will be closed, and East Lake St. will be reduced to one lane in both directions between 21st Ave. South and Snelling Ave.
We recommend allowing yourself ample travel time to arrive for your appointment on time, as there may be unexpected delays due to ramp and lane closures.
If you plan on traveling in the area, you can use the following detours:
- Northbound Hiawatha Ave. to Lake St: Use eastbound 32nd St. to northbound Minnehaha Ave. to westbound Lake St.
- Southbound Hiawatha Ave. to Lake St: Use westbound 26th St. to southbound Cedar Ave. to eastbound Lake St.
- Lake St. to northbound Hiawatha Ave: Use northbound 26th Ave. S. to northbound Minnehaha Ave. to westbound 26th St.
- Lake St. to southbound Hiawatha Ave: Use westbound Lake St. to southbound Cedar Ave. to eastbound 32nd St.
