AtStaff
AtStaff is the staffing, reporting and scheduling system used for Nursing and the Clinical Laboratory on a 24/7 basis. Access to this system is granted by department administration.

Employee Occupational Health Records
Access the ReadySet system to review and print your employee occupational health records, including immunization records, immune testing, respirator fit testing, and other employee health-related test results. You may also submit an injury report through ReadySet.

Employee Assistance Program (EAP), VITAL Worklife
Free, confidential services to all employees and their family members, including virtual and in-person counseling, nurse peer coaching, and legal and financial services.

Online Scheduling

Please answer the following questions for 1 patient only (yourself, an individual family member, or a member of your household). If you are scheduling for multiple people, please complete this same process once for each patient that needs testing. This process will allow you to schedule appointments for Covid testing and care for yourself and your family.

Call the COVID line if you need testing for yourself and/or your immediate family

If you are experiencing symptoms and/or need to be tested for COVID-19, call the COVID Line at 612-873-2922 and press 3. Then if you are an employee or immediate family member of an employee of Hennepin Healthcare, press 3 again and you will be transferred to a scheduler who will ask if you are symptomatic or asymptomatic and direct you accordingly.
