Pain Prevention Drop-in Group Medical Visits Appointment Schedule
These visits are designed with patients for ongoing support after having attended “Tame Your Pain Beyond Medication 6-week group visit series or those interested in checking out group visits you do not have to have attended Tame Your Pain group visits.
You will receive teachings on evidence-based research for pain prevention, receive Ear Acu-Points for pain, practice mind-body skills and share experiences. Enjoy a healthy snack, and set intentions for exploring what works for you. Topics chosen with participants include:
November 12 - Pain & Relationships (5:45 - 7:45pm)
Join a Group Medical Visit Lifestyle-Based Appointment series if you:
- are a registered patient with Hennepin Healthcare (you do not have to have your primary doctor in the Hennepin Healthcare system.)
- are interested in holistic, integrative and functional health
- intend to attend all appointments
- are covered by Medicaid/Medicare, Medical Assistance, Hennepin Healthcare / Hennepin County employee plans. Co-pays and deductibles apply similarly to a one-on-one level 3 or 4 primary doctor’s visit. Check with your insurance provider – some private insurance plans also cover group visit appointments.
