Information/Beginning Group Visit: Neuroscience of pain
Afternoon, 1:15 pm – 3:15 pm: January 22, 2019
Evening, 5:30 pm - 7:30 pm: March 26, 2019
There are two options to choose from 1) An afternoon series starting January 22 and 2) An evening series starting March 26.

Movement With Pain: Being “sore but safe”
Afternoon, 1:15 pm – 3:15 pm: February 12, 2019
Evening, 5:30 pm - 7:30 pm: April 16, 2019

Sleep: How it impacts pain
Afternoon, 1:15 pm – 3:15 pm: February 19, 2019 (skip February 26, 2019)
Evening, 5:30 pm - 7:30 pm: April 23, 2019

Connecting with Heart: Self and others to ease pain
Afternoon, 1:15 pm – 3:15 pm: March 5, 2019
Evening, 5:30 pm - 7:30 pm: April 30, 2019

Join a Group Visit Lifestyle Appointment series if you:

  • are a registered patient with Hennepin Healthcare (you do not have to have your primary doctor in the Hennepin Healthcare system.)
  • are interested in holistic, integrative and functional health
    and wellbeing
  • intend to attend all appointments
  • are covered by Medicaid/Medicare, Medical Assistance, Hennepin Healthcare / Hennepin County employee plans. Co-pays and deductibles apply similarly to a one-on-one level 3 or 4 primary doctor’s visit. Check with your insurance provider – some private insurance plans also cover group visit appointments.
