The Rest & Renewal Lifestyle-Based Group Visits meet monthly, every 3rd Monday evening at 5:45 pm – 7:45 pm or weekly on Wednesday afternoons for six weekly visits at 12:45 pm – 2:45 pm.

Join a Group Visit Lifestyle-Based Appointment series if you:
- are a registered patient with Hennepin Healthcare (you do not have to have your primary doctor in the Hennepin Healthcare system.)
- are interested in holistic, integrative and functional health
- intend to attend all appointments
- are covered by Medicaid/Medicare, Medical Assistance, Hennepin Healthcare / Hennepin County employee plans. Co-pays and deductibles apply similarly to a one-on-one level 3 or 4 primary doctor’s visit. Check with your insurance provider – some private insurance plans also cover group visit appointments.
Kara Parker, MD, AIHM, IFMCP is a doctor and teacher at Whittier Clinic who is trained in Lifestyle and Functional Medicine. She has a passion to gather patients together to discover and share ways to thrive.
