I like to focus on wellness and prevention and to explore options for making little changes that can make an active and healthy lifestyle easy and fun.”

Eileen is a Family Medicine Physician Assistant. She earned her undergraduate degree at the University of Minnesota and her PA certification at Augsburg College. Prior to going back to school to become a PA, she worked as a direct entry Lay-Midwife in Minnesota, Wisconsin, Mexico, and Ecuador.

“I am a mother and grandmother. As the founder and board member of the Urban Paradise Project, whose goal is to improve the urban environment, I gave up my car and am a professional pedestrian walking miles daily. I enjoy community organizing and I care about the environment. I want to protect the planet for future generations. I designed a Wellness Group for people with chronic illnesses who want to improve their health. I love to exercise, garden, build, cook, laugh and play with my granddaughters.”
