Clinical Expertise
Heather is an ambulatory care pharmacist who specializes in chronic disease state management in patients with complex medical and psychosocial challenges. Her interest areas include deprescribing and simplification, hypertension, and psychiatry. She earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Washington and completed a two-year Pharmacy Practice residency at Harborview Medical Center in Seattle, WA. Heather is a Board-Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist and has been working as a clinical pharmacist in various settings since 1993.
