My professional mission includes creating strong patient-pharmacist relationships to help people optimize their medication regimen.”

Clinical Expertise

Tracy’s practice area interests include transplant pharmaceutical care across the transplant spectrum; she specializes in optimizing the complex medication regimens of these patients. Tracy received her Doctorate of Pharmacy degree from the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities. She completed a two-year Nephrology/Transplantation Specialty Residency at HCMC. She is a Board Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist and a Board Certified Solid Organ Transplant Pharmacist. She holds an Adjunct Faculty Appointment at the University of Minnesota College of Pharmacy. She has been practicing Medication Therapy Management in the Transplant Clinic since 2002.

“I enjoy spending time with my husband Mike and supporting our daughters in swimming and basketball. In my free time, you’ll find me trail running, mountain biking, reading, or participating in other outdoor adventures on, in or near the Namekagon River in the Wisconsin Northwoods.”
