Dr. Xiong Skibbie provides primary care behavioral health services in the pediatric clinic, as well as pediatric consultation-liaison services to the inpatient trauma center. She earned her PsyD in Clinical Psychology from the Minnesota School of Professional Psychology at Argosy University-Twin Cities. She completed her APA-accredited doctoral internship at the Alaska Family Medicine Residency at Providence Hospital where she provided integrated behavioral health and mental health services to adult primary care patients. She completed her postdoctoral fellowship in clinical child and adolescent psychology at the University of Minnesota Medical School, Department of Psychiatry where she was the lead facilitator for an intensive after-school outpatient program for children, adolescents, and their families.
