Because we serve a special population, many patients will not qualify to be treated in our clinic.  We have developed a list of questions that can help you determine if a patient meets these qualifications:

  • Are you an existing patient of HHS Dentistry?  If yes, you may qualify to be seen
  • Do you have a referral from your dentist or another healthcare provider?  If yes, you may qualify to be seen
  • Is the patient 10 years or younger AND does the child get primary care at Hennepin Healthcare?  If yes, you may qualify to be seen
  • Does the patient have Developmental Disabilities?
    • Does the patient have a legal guardian?
    • Does that patient need general anesthesia for general dental work?
    • If yes to any of the questions above, you may qualify to be seen
  • Does the patient need a tooth taken out, a biopsy, or another surgical procedure?  If yes, you may qualify to be seen.
