Rajani Wikelius, PharmD, BCPS

Rajani’s practice areas of interests include internal medicine, transitions of care, infectious disease and chronic illnesses. Rajani received her Doctorate of Pharmacy degree from the University of Minnesota–Twin Cities. She is a Board Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist Provider. Since 2000, Rajani has been practicing as a clinical pharmacist at HCMC, with a strong focus in General Medicine. In 2012, Rajani began practicing medication therapy management at HCMC, with a focus in transitions of care.
