Use this link to fill out the remote access request form if you are not currently enrolled in Duo and/or Palo Alto GlobalProtect VPN.
Haiku/Canto Set-up
iPhone: Run the following URL from Safari. This can easily be done by emailing this to yourself. Copy the following link:

Navigate to the settings for Haiku on your phone and enter the following information:
- HTTPS: On
- Server: hie.hcmed.org
- Path: mobile
You must install the latest version of the app, from the app store, to gain access.
iPad: Run the following URL from Safari on your iPad. This can easily be done by emailing this to yourself. Copy the following link:

Call the COVID line if you need testing for yourself and/or your immediate family
If you are experiencing symptoms and/or need to be tested for COVID-19, call the COVID Line at 612-873-2922 and press 3. Then if you are an employee or immediate family member of an employee of Hennepin Healthcare, press 3 again and you will be transferred to a scheduler who will ask if you are symptomatic or asymptomatic and direct you accordingly.
