Please answer the following questions for 1 patient only (yourself, an individual family member, or a member of your household). If you are scheduling for multiple people, please complete this same process once for each patient that needs testing. This process will allow you to schedule appointments for Covid testing and care for yourself and your family.
Call the COVID line if you need testing for yourself and/or your immediate family
If you are experiencing symptoms and/or need to be tested for COVID-19, call the COVID Line at 612-873-2922 and press 3. Then if you are an employee or immediate family member of an employee of Hennepin Healthcare, press 3 again and you will be transferred to a scheduler who will ask if you are symptomatic or asymptomatic and direct you accordingly.
