I have had eye exams before but this exam with Jeff was the most enjoyable, interesting and informative visit I've ever had!
As an an employee and patient of Hennepin Healthcare I go to the Specialty Center for all my healthcare needs. Yesterday I had an appointment in the Eye Clinic for a routine eye exam. I was pleasantly welcomed with a smile by Jeff the Technologist who was to perform my exam. I have had eye exams before but this exam with Jeff was the most enjoyable, interesting and informative visit I’ve ever had! He explained everything to me in detail. He inserted humor in just the right places and was respectful and patient. In my book Jeff is a hero Technologist. He made my eye exam pleasant and fun! Thanks Jeff for the outstanding patient care given in the Eye Clinic.
