I just wanted to let you know how well I was treated by your staff at the clinic from the person who greeted me at the door, the in-take office, the assistants who helped with the flow of the many people seeking tests.
I wanted to take a moment to ask you to thank the staff at the HCMC clinic. I was in to have a COVID test on Monday, August 3rd after a terrible weekend suffering a high fever and other symptoms. My doctor recommended a test and I had heard HCMC was able to return results quickly.
I just wanted to let you know how well I was treated by your staff at the clinic from the person who greeted me at the door, the in-take office, the assistants who helped with the flow of the many people seeking tests. I also want to say how impressed I was by the nurse and physician who prepared me and administered the test.
All of this was done in a caring and professional manner. Best of all……the test results were back in less than 12 hours and they were negative!
I cannot imagine the stress that your staff is dealing with and the pressures they feel during this pandemic. Minnesota is lucky to have HCMC as a healthcare resource, but more importantly, we are fortunate to have the staff at HCMC to take care of us when we need care.
