Clinical Expertise
Eric’s practice interests include patients with complex drug regimens and chronic disease management for diabetes, hypertension, and anticoagulation. Eric received his Doctorate of Pharmacy degree at the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities. He completed a PGY-1 Pharmacy Practice Residency at the Community University Health Care Center in Minneapolis through the University of Minnesota College of Pharmacy Pharmaceutical Care Residency Program. After his residency training, he worked at the People’s Center Health Services and Open Cities Health Center developing and providing medication therapy management services. In January 2012, he joined the HCMC team providing medication therapy management services.
