Hayley Musial, MD

Clinical Expertise

Dr. Musial is a clinical ultrasound fellow who is excited to join the HCMC team. He is from Albuquerque, New Mexico where he trained in Emergency Medicine at the University of New Mexico. His specific interests are exploring unique applications of handheld ultrasound modalities in rural and austere environments. His previous areas of focus in research have been the applications of hand-held ultrasound within the setting of outpatient harm reduction centers, studying point-of-care echocardiography in methamphetamine-using populations. He is also interested in the process of implementing large ultrasound programs within rural hospital systems.
