Commitment to Patient-Centered Care
“I am committed to whole patient-centered care and preventative medicine by involving patients and their loved ones in collaboration to determine the best decisions for them.”
Kaylin is a Nurse Practitioner who works in the internal medicine department at the Clinic and Specialty Center in Minneapolis. She has a background working in long term care facilities managing older adults and those with comorbid conditions. She currently sees a wide variety of patients in her primary care practice as well as in the jail setting where she manages patients with chronic health conditions.
