Commitment to Patient-Centered Care

“I became an acupuncturist because it was so helpful in the treatment of my chronic pain, I had to know more about it. The best part about my work is hearing from patients how much better they feel after treatment and that it is helping them live a life with more joy and ease. I love what I do!”

Clinical Expertise

Lucy holds a Master’s degree in Acupuncture having graduated summa cum laude from Northwestern Health Sciences University. She is passionate about integrative medicine and providing safe, compassionate care for her patients.

She has a special interest in the treatment of acute and chronic pain, migraine headaches, sports injuries, side effects related to cancer treatment, stress and anxiety, digestive complaints, and reproductive health concerns. Among her training and certificates are acupuncture, Western herbalism, Sports Medicine Acupuncture, Integrative Oncology, and Advanced Training with The Center for Mind Body Medicine.

She believes each person can heal and that acupuncture is a gentle and effective way to bring the body back into balance. She works with each patient to develop a personalized treatment plan and supports her patients by educating them on self-care tools so that they can feel more empowered.

“In fair weather, I enjoy gardening, hiking, biking, and running around at the dog park with my girls, Mitzi and Ruby. I love going out to see live music, theater, and dance performances. In the winter evenings, you will often find me in a community ed class trying my hand at painting, knitting, ceramics, fiddling- I love learning new things!”
