Clinical Expertise

Sarah is a Certified Physician Assistant with a background in public health evaluation and community based participatory research. She is a racial and health equity advocate that consistently uses trauma informed care in her medical practice. She has a strong interest in mental health, women’s health, and in-office procedures. She earned her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from University of Wisconsin-Madison and her Master of Public Health from University of Minnesota-Twin Cities. In addition to Hennepin Healthcare, she also practices at Hennepin County Behavioral Health Center.

Personal

“I enjoy all types of dance, all types of cuisine, and trying out new recipes in the kitchen. I was born in Minneapolis and raised by Lao refugee parents. I am trilingual in Spanish and Lao. In my free time, I spend time with my two daughters and spouse.”
