Hospice: Quality end-of-life care

Hospice is quality end-of-life care to individuals diagnosed with terminal illness. Hospice care alleviates physical, emotional, social and spiritual pain,  focusing on quality of life and maximizing the comfort of our patients.

What is hospice?

Hospice allows those suffering from terminal illness to focus on the things that mean the most to them so that they can live their life to the fullest in their final months.

How do I start hospice care?

If you have questions about hospice, someone from our team can speak with you to help you decide if hospice is the right choice for you. This is a free service and there is no obligation.

Grief Support

We provide support to help hospice bereaved (family and friends of a hospice patient) through the first 13 months of grief after the death of your loved one. Our grief support services are free.

Nominate an outstanding nurse!

Have you worked with a nurse who has exceptional clinical skills and gives compassionate care and service? Let them know how much you appreciate them by nominating them for a DAISY Award.
