Staying Connected to Hennepin Healthcare
The Hennepin Honorary Alumni Society was established in 2015. This special affinity society is made up of medical staff alumni, former leaders, and friends. The purpose of this society is to maintain allegiance and support for the important mission at Hennepin Healthcare. Support is achieved through creating and sustaining philanthropy and giving to Hennepin Healthcare, comradery, meetings, news and updates, and social connections.
Membership
- All medical staff and other staff leaders are welcome to join at any time through a quick membership form process. See the form below and if you have any questions, contact Robin Hoppenrath at [email protected].
- Retiring staff will receive a reminder about HHA membership as they off-board through their department and Provider Services.

- The onboard process to receive a photo ID and access to our downtown campus, including our HHA ‘home,’ and library

- Special presentations 3-4 times a year
- Annual social gathering
- Direct connection to designated Foundation staff for questions, help/direction needed
Meetings and Events
- Virtual meetings are offered via email invitation three times a year. The meetings are from Noon – to 1:00 pm and serve as an update with an invited speaker to present topics of interest. Time is extended for those who wish to stay online to socialize from 1:00 – 1:30 pm.
- Annual social event planned in Fall. Members may bring a guest.
Hennepin Honorary Alumni Message Board
We are excited to offer this feature to our members to support and enhance the ability to easily view and submit messages to your Hennepin Honorary Alumni friends and colleagues. The message board intends to share news and updates that you feel will resonate with others.
