Program Tracks

The program is divided into three treatment tracks. Program staff will work with each patient to identify the track that is best suited to the patient's unique needs. Each track provides groups that help stabilize symptoms, build on individual strengths, engender hope, and improve coping. Our tracks reduce suffering and help patients lead more valued, meaningful lives.

Program Overview

Program Overview

The program usually lasts 2-6 months depending on patient needs and symptom severity. Patients attend the program four times per week, Monday through Friday for three hours per day in the morning or afternoon. The three-hour program sessions include:

Patients will be educated about:

  • Diagnoses and symptoms
  • Coping skills to manage mood, behavior, and thoughts
  • Cognitive skills to address negative thinking patterns
  • Relapse prevention strategies
  • Routine building and self-care
  • Healthy relationship and social skills training
  • How to engage their family and social support network
