We’re here to safely care for you and your family
As our services resume, we want you to know the steps we’re taking to provide you with the highest quality care – all while keeping our patients, staff, and our communities safe. We can assure you that Hennepin Healthcare is among the safest places to receive your care.
Across the state, people are putting off serious – even life-threatening – health needs because they are afraid of getting COVID-19. We understand your concern. This virus is still in our communities, and it is still contagious. For important information about coronavirus, please visit our COVID-19 information page.
Your safety. Our priority.
As we begin welcoming our patients back for regular, routine care, we pledge to continue to make your safety our top priority. If your appointment or procedure was delayed, we will reach out to you to reschedule, you may call 612-873-6963, or access the Make an Appointment page.
Please expect some changes for your safety when you come in for your appointment, such as:
- You’ll be asked health-related questions at our doors
- You’ll be required to wear a mask or face covering before entering (if you don’t have one, we will provide one to you)
- You’ll be directed to keep a safe social distance from others
We will continue to encourage people to use video visits or e-visits if and when appropriate, to minimize the need for in-person visits. If you are still unsure or uncomfortable about scheduling an in-person appointment, please try requesting a video visit, and receive our quality care from virtually anywhere.
Thank you for putting your trust and your care in our hands. With your help, we will continue to keep our facilities and our communities safe. We’ve missed you.
Please seek emergency care if needed
Our emergency department is open and will remain open. If you have a medical emergency, please don’t hesitate to call 911 or go to your nearest emergency department.
