Hennepin Healthcare’s East Lake Clinic has been rebuilt and is now open to serve new and existing patients in our beloved community. The beautiful new facility is now located in the Hennepin County Human Service Center, 2215 East Lake Street. The brand new East Lake Clinic is now located in the Hennepin County Human Service Center, 2215 East Lake Street, Minneapolis, MN 55407 on the 5th floor. You can expect all of the same expert services and great care at the new clinic location. This is a hospital-based clinic owned by Hennepin Healthcare. Many insurance plans pay for health care services provided in a hospital-based clinic differently than those provided in a doctor’s office. Your insurance may require that you meet your annual deductible and/or require that you pay a percentage of the bill rather than just an office visit co-payment.
