Clinical Expertise
Cara is a nurse-midwife and nurse practitioner who specializes in the care of childbearing people across their lifespans. Cara provides both midwife care and reproductive mental health care in her dual roles. Cara worked in community mental health, child and adolescent psychiatry, and as a sexual assault nurse examiner before graduating with a Master of Science in Nursing from Frontier Nursing University.
