Commitment to Patient-Centered Care
“Patients need assistance with their medications both while in the hospital and continued review and adjustments while receiving care at a clinic. Pharmacists have a unique skill set to be able to ensure safe and effective medication therapy for patients. I find creating strong patient-pharmacist relationships and the ability to help people optimize their medications very rewarding.”
