Frequently Asked Questions

No, there are no paper tickets. Once we receive your ticket purchase online or through the mail, you are added to our guest list. When you arrive at the venue you can check-in using your last name in order to receive your name badge with bidding number, and seating assignment. Couples with different last names will be assigned to the primary purchaser (if confused, please ask at check-in). This is the same for guests of table hosts or sponsors. If we have received your name as a guest, you will have your individual name badge waiting for you at check-in.

Yes, a portion of each ticket includes a tax deductible donation ($100 for early bird tickets, $150 after October 1). Your ticket confirmation can serve as your receipt for tax purposes. If you purchase tickets online, you will receive an email confirmation. If you send in a check, you will receive a mailed letter.

Returning to the beautifully renovated Armory, our gala will embrace the art deco theme and encourages attire reminiscent of the 1920/30s.

The venue has over 400 underground, heated parking spaces.  The parking company has generously offered a special $10 parking rate for our guests starting at 4pm on December 7th. Guests arriving before 4pm will be charged the normal $25 special event price, so please plan accordingly.  

Guests will pay (cash or credit card) upon entrance at one of two lots.

Parking entrances are on 5th Avenue between 6th and 5th Street or at 5th Street between 5th and 6th Avenues.

Elevators will take you to the main lobby from the parking garages

6:00pm-11:30pm

Light Up the Night begins with our reception from 6-7:30pm. During this time our action stations, silent auction and fundraising games are active.  Our signature cocktail is available while supplies last, along with passed hors d’oeuvres. Remember to capture a memory at our photo booth in the lobby.  

Dinner and program seating starts at 7:30pm with our Speak Easy after-party continuing the fun from 9:30-11:30pm.

Yes and you will have fun doing it. We have planned several traditional and unique opportunities during the evening to be generous. Come prepared to spend cash on games of chance like our wine pull, raffles, and gift card wall. Our silent and live auctions are especially curated for our guests.

Credit card, debit card, check, and cash are welcome payment methods for auction purchases and donations. Due to Minnesota gambling laws, all gambling games are restricted to cash or debit card payments. ATMs will be available.

Yes, your seat assignment will be presented to you at the time of check-in. Couples, sponsors, and table guests will be seated together. You may indicate who you would like to sit with during your online registration.

  • Fresh bread & butter
  • Field greens salad with butternut squash, pepitas, cranberries, goat cheese with apple cider maple vinaigrette
  • Organic fire roasted asparagus & potato trio

Entrée Selection:

  • Angus Sliced Beef & Amish Chicken
  • Vegetarian: Butternut squash ravioli with browned sage butter

All items gluten free except ravioli.

Dessert: Nothing Bundt Cakes
