Patient Satisfaction

Patient satisfaction is an important quality measure in regards to the care and services that patients receive. Hennepin Healthcare is dedicated to providing access and excellence in patient services, resulting in high levels of patient and family satisfaction. We will continue to partner with our patients and families in order to best understand and meet their individual care needs.

We continually gauge our performance through patient satisfaction surveys, which help us continually enhance and improve the patient and family experience.
