Board meeting information
Members of the public are welcome to attend the public portion of board meetings and may address the board during the public comment segment at the beginning of the meeting related to the business of Hennepin Healthcare System. If you wish to speak during the public comment period, please fill out the Request to Speak form no later than 4 p.m. on the date before the Board of Directors meeting. If you have signed up to attend as a public speaker virtually, a meeting link will be provided. Public comments will be limited to three minutes.
Pursuant to Open Meeting Law and the enabling statute of Hennepin Healthcare, portions of meetings may be closed to the public. The Board will make a formal motion during the meetings when closure occurs and indicate the applicable law. Public attendees will be asked to leave meetings at the time the Board votes to close a meeting.
Meeting agendas will be posted three days prior to the meeting. Public meeting material will be posted following the meeting.
